Art leads where the
world follows ...
The creative world of art and photography offers us an opportunity to delve within our beings to find that which is unique within ourselves and to communicate and share those processes, thoughts and images with others.
Art offers an unique opportunity to help to develop people’s leaderships skills in in a way that has impact, information retention and humour. Ahrabella Heabe finds that by ensuring new skills are both easy and fun to learn the quality of that knowledge and its future practical practise are of the highest order.
“We are living and working in the 21st century and out-dated management practise and rule by fear and bullying should be well and truly relegated to the past.
“Leaders who assist their team members and staff with good communication and support are those who generally show the greatest achievements.
“Art, with its close observation, balance of colour, light and dark shades and framing, can help leaders to put projects, people and goals into perspective.”
